Left: casual wear. After the events of ME3 my theory is that Quarians opt to wear flowing, loose fabrics akin to Saris and Sarees we see in the middle east and south western Asia. I'm depicting Tali in a Sari adorned with her iconic swirl pattern.
Right: When she Joins Garrus on his ship 'Raven' (incidentally of her design) She wears a variation of the Kassa Fabrication LTD Colossus Light Armor.
